结婚证的翻译及公证
USCIS说了，各种申请中，涉及到需要提交非英文的证明材料，都必须一并提交一份公证过的英文翻译件：
Any foreign language document must be accompanied by a full English translation that the translator has certified as complete and correct, and by the translator's certification that he or she is competent to translate the foreign language into English.
手头只有中国结婚证，可是H4申请，EAD申请，SSN申请，绿卡申请，各种申请，都需要提供结婚证明。那该怎么办哩？？？
这就引发了坑爹的中国结婚证的翻译和公证问题。你当然可以去找付费的翻译公证服务，但对喜欢省钱的朋友来说，这些都是可以自己搞定的↓↓↓
①自己翻译好结婚证 → ②找一位由居住在美国境内的并且精通中英文的中国朋友签字公证翻译内容是正确的 → ③把结婚证复印件、翻译件和公证信一起提交就行了。
用这个方法，我已经顺利的拿到了EAD，所以我自身的经历就是此方法行得通的一个实例。
下面，就把我在网上搜罗后整理而成的结婚证翻译和大家分享一下，格式我已经尽量调好了，方便大家直接复制到word里使用。PS：如果有朋友有更好的翻译，也请留言分享一下，我会及时更新上去的。

结婚证第三页
婚姻法规定，要求结婚的男女双方必须亲自到婚姻登记机关进行结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。取得结婚证，即确立夫妻关系。
The marriage law has prescribed that the man and the woman who wish to be married must go to the marriage registration office to register. A marriage certificate shall be issued after registration in line with the provisions of this law. The husband-and-wife relationship shall be established as soon as they acquire the marriage certificates.
翻译完结婚证后，需要再附上一页由居住在美国境内的并且精通中英文的中国朋友签字的公证信，内容格式如下：
Certification by Translator
I, XXXXXXXX(中国朋友的姓名), certify that I am fluent in the English and Chinese languages, and that the above/attached document is an accurate translation of the document attached entitled Marriage Certificate.
